At Bodhi Herbals, we craft herbal skincare & haircare in small, fresh batches to ensure quality. Because of the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return / no refund policy.
No Returns / Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept product returns or exchanges.
Damaged / Wrong Products
- If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@bodhiherbals.com.
- After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 12 hours.
